Staiger and Frank A. Wolak, "Measuring Industry-Specific Protection: Antidumping in the United States, Brookings Papers on Economics Activity: Microeconomics, 1994, 51- 118. The files DUMP1.ASC and DUMP2.ASC contain various information on antidumping cases in the United States, filed between 1980 and 1986. Each observation corresponds to an antidumping suit petition. Each petition is filed against one or several commodities as identified by the Tariff Schedule of the United States Annotated (TSUSA). Disk 1 of the NBER Trade Database contains complete information on U.S. imports according to TSUSA categories, so the dumping information in these files can be matched with the TSUSA data on Disk 1.
